Booking a birthday venue in Las Vegas comes down to this: how old is the guest of honor? A 7-year-old’s party and a 30th have almost nothing in common, and the answer changes the price structure, the guest cap, and whether you can bring the cake.
Here are 12 birthday party venues by age group, with the booking details that change what each one costs.
What to Decide Before You Book a Las Vegas Birthday Venue
Two answers shrink a long list of Las Vegas venues down to a handful worth calling: the age of the guest of honor, and the month of the party.
Birthday Party Venues for Kids
Two questions move a kids’ party bill more than the advertised price does: who counts toward the guest number, and who’s allowed to bring the food.
1. Discovery Children’s Museum
Discovery’s package starts at $425 and includes admission for up to 30 guests, but parents and any adult who stays are inside that 30, and so is every child 12 months or older.
You get the most hands-off party in the city: a personal host running check-in, activities, food delivery, and cleanup, plus all-day museum access, a private ADA-compliant party room for two hours, decorations, favors, and a quarter sheet cake.
Food is the hard rule. Nothing edible comes in from outside, homemade cake included, and catering add-ons come from the museum’s own vendor list, so a family baker needs a different venue.
Parties run weekends only at 360 Promenade Place, with a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking, so lock the date at least two weeks out.

2. Las Vegas Mini Grand Prix
Las Vegas Mini Grand Prix starts package tiers from $269.99 to $1,500, separated by ride time. All Arcade at $269.99 covers 10 guests with unlimited arcade play and no rides. Unlimited Rides at $399.99 buys 90 minutes on the attractions, and the $599.99 Grand Prix package stretches that to three hours. The $1,500 VIP Extravaganza covers 15 guests with early park access and private ride sessions, the only way to avoid sharing karts with the public.
Every tier includes a reserved table, a party captain handling setup and cleanup, pizza and fountain drinks, and a gift for the birthday child. Table time caps at two hours whatever the package, and a late arrival doesn’t extend it.
Outside food is prohibited except cake and cupcakes, so a catered spread is out. And hair past the shoulders must be tied back for the rides, with below-the-waist hair barred from the Euro High Speed Karts entirely. Tell the group before race day.

3. Springs Preserve
Springs Preserve is a 180-acre botanical and cultural site that rents rooms by the hour, and you bring the host, the cake, the activity, and the food.
The Cottonwood Room runs $120 an hour for up to 50 guests, preset with five 8-foot tables, 40 chairs, and a large patio. At that rate it is among the cheapest party space in Las Vegas for fifty people, and also the most work. Garden Terrace & Patio holds 100 at $300 an hour with views over the botanical garden and out to the Strip, and the Agave Room seats 120 under beamed cathedral ceilings at $360 an hour.
Rentals run Thursday through Monday, with Wednesday available for an added fee and Tuesday closed, so a midweek party has fewer options than the calendar suggests. The gardens are the draw, which makes this the kids’ venue most exposed to summer heat. Ask whether setup and cleanup happen inside the hours you’re paying for. On a three-hour booking that difference adds up fast.

4. Fidgets Indoor Playground
Fidgets is built for kids who can’t yet run, climb, and follow a game, which makes the southwest-valley playground at 7835 South Rainbow Blvd the obvious answer for a first, second, or third birthday.
The Classic Private Party at $525 hands over the party room and the entire playground for two hours and covers 15 children, with each additional child at $16. Only ages 1 through 10 count toward that number and adults are not charged. The Ultimate package at $745 covers 20 children, unlimited drinks, and one add-on.
Outside food is welcome at every package, so a homemade cake and a grocery-store spread both work. A $150 non-refundable deposit holds the date, and the playground closes Mondays.

Birthday Party Venues for Teens
Pin down two numbers before comparing teen venues: the per-person price and how long the group sits down together. Table time runs from two hours down to exactly one, which decides whether cake, presents, and food fit or get rushed.
5. Flip N Out Xtreme
Flip N Out Xtreme is an indoor adventure park built around active attractions like trampolines, obstacle-style activities, and other high-energy play, with private party spaces available for birthdays and group events.
The room and the package are charged separately, so the $149 Party Bay is space for 20 people with nothing in it. Add the cheapest package at $200 and the floor is $349.
Rooms go by headcount: $149 for the Party Bay at 20, $219 for a Party Room at 30, $319 for a Platinum Suite at 50, and $549 for a VIP Suite at 75. Packages stack on top. Every party includes a host, two hours of private space, grip socks, digital invitations, cleanup, and 11 jumpers, with extras at $20 to $35 each.

6. Spy Ninjas HQ
Spy Ninjas HQ is an action-focused indoor adventure park with the kind of attractions older kids and teens actually get excited about, including axe throwing, rage rooms, VR, escape rooms, and other challenge-based activities.
Birthday packages start at $210, with three tiers priced per participant and a six-person minimum: Creator at $34.95 per person, Influencer at $59.95, and Party Icon at $89.95. Some of the park’s biggest teen draws, including axe throwing, rage rooms, VR, and escape rooms, aren’t included in those packages, so plan for an additional cost if they’re on the birthday wish list.
The park is at 7980 W. Sahara Ave. Parties need to be booked at least 72 hours in advance, and guests should arrive in closed-toe shoes; Spy Ninjas HQ grip socks are also required. The park is closed on Tuesdays.

7. Trapped! Escape Room
This escape room venue turns the birthday activity into the main event, with groups working together to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and escape a themed room before moving into a private space for the rest of the celebration. At 4760 Polaris Avenue, the Party Package runs $299 on weekdays and $319 Friday through Sunday, covering six participants for two hours: one hour in an escape room and one hour in a party room.
Room capacity varies, so pick the escape room before finalizing the guest list. The $399 Deluxe Package adds T-shirts for everyone, a personalized message hidden inside the escape room, and a swag bag for the guest of honor.

8. K1 Speed Las Vegas
K1 Speed Las Vegas puts teens behind the wheel of high-performance electric go-karts for a birthday built around racing, competition, and a little podium bragging rights. The indoor facility at 4175 S. Arville St. has two tracks and is air-conditioned year-round, making it an especially easy pick during a hot Las Vegas summer.
The Teen Mini Grand Prix package has an eight-racer minimum and comes in three tiers: $75 per racer with $10 in arcade credit, $80 with $20, or $95 with $50. Prices increase by $10 per racer Friday through Sunday. Every tier includes two 12-lap races, an hour of reserved seating, medals for the top three finishers and the birthday racer, and a podium ceremony.

Birthday Party Venues for Adults
Decide before you compare quotes whether you want to run the night or hand it off.
9. Fabrizio Banquet Hall
Fabrizio Banquet Hall is a full-scale event venue for birthdays that need more room than a restaurant or party center can offer, from milestone celebrations and quinceañeras to large family parties.
Fabrizio’s 8,000-square-foot room at 818 South Main Street holds 320 guests and arrives finished: chandeliers, an LED lighting system, an LED video wall, two entertainment stages, a portable bar, and a red carpet at the door.

10. Able Baker Brewing
Able Baker Brewing works well for an adult birthday that feels more like a great night out than a formal event. Instead of booking a ballroom and bringing in separate food and bar service, you can gather at its Arts District brewery at 1510 S. Main St. for craft beer, a meal, and plenty of time to catch up with friends.
The brewery pours more than 30 craft beers, giving a mixed group plenty to explore, while the in-house Arts District Kitchen keeps food and drinks under one roof. It’s a particularly natural fit for milestone birthdays where the priority is good beer, good food, and an easygoing setting rather than a structured party package.

11. Palette Tea Lounge
Booking a restaurant removes the biggest task in adult party planning, which is feeding 30 people something better than trays. Palette Tea Lounge in Chinatown serves dim sum, seafood, Cantonese roast meats, and traditional Chinese cooking alongside a drinks menu, and it takes group reservations and private parties.
For a larger celebration, Palette goes beyond standard group reservations. Private dining spaces accommodate smaller groups of roughly 8 to 36, while its larger event dining area can handle up to 160 guests, with customizable dim sum and banquet menus available. That makes it workable for anything from a milestone dinner with a couple dozen friends to a much bigger family birthday without turning the meal into a separate catering project.

12. Dig This
Few birthday venues anywhere let the guest of honor operate a bulldozer. Dig This, at 800 W. Roban Ave, is a heavy equipment playground where groups of four to eight run excavators, skid steers, and dozers through trenches, 1,000-pound tires, and a tire pyramid.

What You’ll Still Need to Rent for a Las Vegas Birthday Party
What you need to rent depends on what the venue already provides. Book an all-inclusive party package, and most of the basics may be covered. Choose an empty event space, your backyard, or a park, and you’ll need to bring more of the party with you.
For a bare venue, start with the essentials: tables, chairs, and linens. Furniture rentals make it easy to build a setup around your guest count. A 72-inch round table seats about eight to ten people, and folding chairs come in everything from simple plastic to padded and wood-tone styles. Finish the setup with round linens sized to fit your tables.
For a kids’ party at home or in a park, put more of the rental budget toward fun. Bounce houses work for younger kids as well as bigger groups, while obstacle courses and dry slides give older kids more action.
It also helps to have a few activities guests can jump into whenever they want. Lawn games like giant Jenga, giant Connect Four, cornhole, and ring toss keep people entertained between food, cake, and the main activities.
