Carlin Park has reservable group pavilions; where a park has none, there is nothing to hold in advance, so check the county&#8217;s park list before you settle on a beach.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Civic Center and the Seabreeze Amphitheater<\/strong> sit inside Carlin Park but book through the venue itself. Start there, then confirm which park rules still apply around you.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reventals.com\/jupiter-fl\/party-event-rentals\/tents-rentals\/?last_source_tracking=Event+Permits+in+Jupiter%2C+FL+%7C+What+Does+Your+Event+Need%3F&amp;utm_campaign=Jupiter+Marketing&amp;utm_medium=Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tents<\/a> and temporary power<\/strong> are a second permit, from the Town of Jupiter Building Department. The county approves the tent on its ground; the Town permits the structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"what-palm-beach-county-beach-parks-don't-allow\">What Palm Beach County Beach Parks Don&#8217;t Allow<\/h2>\n<p>These apply whether or not you hold a permit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Balloons.<\/strong> Prohibited at the county&#8217;s beachfront parks year-round, permit or not.
